Step 2 :

Search and Viewings

During this search phase, we will be in daily contact to answer all your questions and address your needs.

Once we have selected a number of properties, we can begin the viewing phase.

Viewings can be conducted in person or remotely via video if you cannot travel.

Step 3 :

Purchase

Once we've found your ideal property, UPGRADE HOMES will accompany you through the sale process with our partner lawyers and notaries.

UPGRADE HOMES will be present with you during the signing of the preliminary contract and the final deed at the notary's office.
