Who is Upgrade Homes?

Upgrade Homes is a family story, with Christopher and Valerie as the main characters. Married for over 10 years and parents to 4 children, real estate has been their passion for decades.
Trained in real estate professions at the Paris School of Real Estate Professions (ESPI), they graduated in 2010 with a master's degree. Fresh from graduation, they began their professional journey with the industry's biggest names.

Christopher Rodrigues

Christopher worked for major real estate companies including Bouygues Immobilier, Nexity, Vinci, and Altarea Cogedim.
He specialized in advising clients on property acquisitions, whether they were looking for a primary residence or an investment property.

Valerie Rodrigues

Valérie worked as a real estate strategy consultant at CBRE France, serving major companies including Otis, HSBC France, and Air France.

With over 10 years of experience, they decided to settle in Lisbon in 2021 and create a company to put their expertise to work.
It was also a return to their roots as they are both Portuguese, born in France.
